But what makes coffee great? Women do. While women make up about 70% of the labor force on coffee farms, they are often shut out of management & ownership. That's why we source exclusively from women producers. When women have decision-making power, more resources are invested into environmental & social initiatives, leading to better outcomes for families & communities. Land & people prosper—and you, my friend, get a damn fine cup of coffee.
