Season of the Witch Dark(ish) Roast
We taste notes of chocolate fudge, candied almond, and cherry. Syrupy and thicc!
Is every day Halloween when it comes to your coffee? Heard. We worked some witchy magic to get this one tasting bold and bewitching but never burnt or bitter.
This lot hails from a group of 96 independent women farmers who are part of the Forest Academy Huila Condor Project. The Forest Academy aims to assist the farmers in enhancing their processes, improving quality, and establishing relationships with roasters. The Academy ensures that each lot is fully traceable and that each farmer is paid fairly, directly, and on-time. Their goal is to "not only impact the industry and the lives of these women but also contribute to their community, families, and the overall progress of the region."
