This coffee reminds us of Austin: lush and velvety like a late summer evening on the Congress Street bridge, and just as unexpectedly sweet as seeing all those little bat pups learn to fly.
It's a bit unusual to take a gorgeous Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and roast it on the dark side, but we like things a bit unusual. We're kinda in love with the Southern gothic vibes this coffee is giving us, while maintaining its inherent Ethiopian sweetness and delicacy.
