We created Banshee to serve as an "elevated" espresso at our coffee bar. Where Hellacious is the steady, cocoa-nutty crowd-pleaser, Banshee is the wild child that wakes the neighborhood. Pull her as a shot and those wild berry notes punch through;  put her in a latte and the choco-syrupy sweetness blooms. Ever the overachiever, she works wonderfully with filter methods and cold brew too. This gurl can do no wrong.
