We taste notes of Cherry Tootsie Pop, pomegranate, and creamed honey 

We loved this coffee - and this project - so much that we've come back for a second harvest. Silky and sweet, each cup is dangerously drinkable. On pour over, its fruit tones really pop; on drip, it softens into something closer to caramel apple.

Our seasonal microlots are a tribute to the farmers who make them possible, and we're just as smitten with this year's lot as we were with last year's: grown by 168 women producers in partnership with Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia. As a successful producer in Chiapas, Rosalba has dedicated herself to helping other growers in the region thrive. We're thrilled to have her back on the roster - through her aggregated "Café de Mujeres" lots, she helps women coffee farmers earn higher prices, invest in better agricultural practices, and improve livelihoods for themselves and their communities.

Mayan Harvest is sourced from 168 family-owned farms located in communities within the municipality of Bella Vista in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia, who was raised in the Bella Vista coffee community, has dedicated herself to helping producers with small plots of land (averaging 5 acres) earn a better price for their coffee. Rosalba ensures traceability for her community's coffee by personally exporting the coffee directly to the United States. Rosalba’s efforts have allowed the producers she works with to earn higher prices, reinvest in better agricultural practices, and improve livelihoods for their families.

Your coffee will be roasted fresh to order. Shipments typically leave our roastery within 2 business days. Depending on where you live, shipping can take 2-7 days.
