For more than 25 years, Carmen Ponce and her family have grown coffee in the mountainous northern region of Nicaragua that they call home. During the harvest season, they employ up to 100 people, providing both safe housing and fair pay. They prioritize clean energy and sustainable farming practices in order to protect the land for generations to come.
