Las Viudas is a rotating seasonal microlot that's always something sweet, vibrant, and downright lovely. Basically the Betty White of coffees. 

Right now it's a washed process Colombian lot from a small collection of women farmers in southern Huila, Colombia. The region is renowned for coffee that's delicate and sweet, with lively fruit acidity and caramel undertones. This coffee lives up to the Huila reputation and then some. It's clear that these farmers produced this lot with care and attention, and we're thrilled to be able to share the (literal) fruits of their labor with you.
